Heart Wall Release

When deep pain strikes, our subconscious builds a Heart Wall to keep us safe, using trapped emotions stemming from past hurt or even those passed down through generations. Over time, this protective shield grows thicker—but when the danger fades, it keeps love and connection out, leaving the heart longing to feel free again. It takes between 3 and 5 sessions to fully release it.
